Thermal IBC Jackets for Storage and Transport
Protect temperature sensitive liquids with our UK manufactured IBC Insulation Covers – From extreme cold, frost and extreme heat.
Designed for 300 litre, 600 litre and 1000 litre IBC tanks, these lightweight thermal jackets help reduce heat gain in warmer conditions and minimise heat loss during colder weather.
Ideal for use during storage and transportation, our insulated IBC covers are widely suited to food and drink, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agricultural products and other temperature sensitive liquids.
Manufactured in the UK for reliable performance, durability and repeated use.
The Material : High Performance ThermaPack Double Insulation
Each IBC Covers is manufactured using ThermaPack Double, a lightweight reflective insulation incorporating a bubble core between two layers of true aluminium foil.
The material is approximately 4mm thick. It provides excellent thermal performance, without creating a bulky or difficult to handle jacket.
Optional Extras
Reusable? Here you can choose between: Adhesive or Velcro on the corners. The Velcro Seal Closure enables you to easily remove and reapply the IBC Jacket. The Adhesive Closure is design for one time use.
Top Cap Access? We can also create a point of access to the top cap (filling point) so you do not have to remove the cover for this.
Reliable Temperature Protection for IBC Tanks
Temperature fluctuations can affect product quality, consistency and usability. Our IBC thermal covers create an insulating barrier around the container, helping to reduce the impact of changing external temperatures.
They can help protect contents against:
• Excessive heat gain
• Cold weather and freezing conditions
• Rapid temperature fluctuations
• Radiant heat during transport and storage
The covers are suitable for warehouses, factories, outdoor storage areas and transportation throughout the UK and Europe.

How to Insulate Your IBC
What does an IBC insulation cover do?
An IBC insulation cover helps protect the contents of an IBC tank from external temperature changes. It reduces heat gain in warm conditions and helps retain heat during colder weather, making it ideal for temperature sensitive liquids.
What size IBC covers are available?
Our standard insulated IBC covers are available for 300 litre, 600 litre and 1000 litre IBC tanks. Custom sizes can also be manufactured for non standard containers.
Can IBC insulation covers be reused?
Yes. Our IBC insulation jackets are durable and designed for repeated use during storage and transportation. When handled and stored correctly, they can be used across multiple shipments or storage cycles.
Are the covers suitable for both hot and cold weather?
Yes. The reflective insulation helps reduce radiant heat entering the IBC during warmer conditions while also helping to minimise heat loss during colder weather
What industries use insulated IBC covers?
IBC insulation covers are commonly used within the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, agricultural and industrial sectors where liquids need additional protection from temperature fluctuations.
Are your IBC insulation covers manufactured in the UK?
Yes. Our IBC insulation covers are manufactured in house in the UK, allowing us to offer consistent quality, competitive pricing and fast turnaround times.
Can I still access the IBC valves and filling points?
Yes - for a surcharge you can add. Optional Velcro access points can be incorporated into the cover, allowing quick access to valves, caps and filling points without removing the full insulation jacket.
