The festive season is just around the corner, and we understand how important it is for your insulation materials to arrive on time, particularly if you’re finishing winter projects or preparing for work in the New Year. To help you plan ahead, we’ve outlined our Christmas Delivery Schedule for 2025, along with key information about ordering during the holiday period.

At Multifoils Direct, our friendly team will be available throughout the Christmas period via phone and email. Whether you need product advice, updates on your delivery, or assistance placing an order, we’re here to support you every day over the festive season.

Please be advised that ConservaClad Couriers will be closed from 23 December to 5th of January inclusive. Any orders for ConservaClad products or cladding accessories will be delivered during the week commencing 5th of January.

Festive Delivery Service

Our standard service offers next working day delivery to the UK mainland on orders placed before 2pm. However, delivery schedules change over Christmas, as couriers operate on reduced days. These adjusted delivery dates are reflected in the schedule above.

We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid delays—especially if you require materials before Christmas Day or for projects planned in the New Year.

Courier Delays During Christmas

Christmas is the busiest time of year for delivery services, and all couriers experience increased demand. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure a fast and reliable service, there may occasionally be an additional one or two working days added to delivery times.

If your order is delayed by more than 48 hours, please contact us. Our team will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed.
