Reflective Foil Insulation for Pipes and Ducts

ThermaWrap is a 4mm thick reflective aluminum foil bubble pipe and duct insulation that prevents heat loss and freezing. ThermaWrap is commonly used for pipes and ducts within Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. It enables hot or cold air to pass through without the temperature changing. It’s lightweight flexible and easy to install even in tight spaces.

How Does ThermaWrap Work?

The internal bubble membrane of the product offers great thermal benefits by trapping air within the small pockets of the product. The outer aluminium foil layer reflects any external temperature away from the internal pipes and reflects the internal temperature inside. This helps to maintain the internal temperature. Maintaining the internal temperature will take some pressure off of the HVAC system because it won’t have to work as hard for the same outcome. This will lead to a more efficient HVAC system and a reduction in energy bills.
